Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru at work as guidelines.

We are a travel agency so we use Guru as guides on how to solve a problem such as flights cancelation, accommodation, and adding extras as per client’s request.

We are also being update on Guru weekly for new updates about our process and it makes our work easier

It helps a lot at work since we use this everyday as guidelines.

Especially when there are new updates, we will be notified in what is going on or things that we should know. Or just get updated work related stuff. It also helps when you don’t have any support around, you can just search guides on Guru
We also use zendesk, but Guru is more user friendly since at work, we have a lot of people who have hard time navigating search engine tools. But in Guru, we can search guidelines just by typing 1 word.

The interface is also simple so you can use it even if you are new at using Guru

It is easy to use. Especially when you are new to an organization. You can just search guides or steps on Guru kinda like google but for work situation. It also helps when you want to add some guidelines you have experienced to help other colleague, to make work easier.
