Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Guru as a Knowledge base in our daily tasks. It provides us with guidance in our everyday processes. This is important to us, and it is one of the main applications we need. I like how I can organize the Guru cards I liked. I can access it easily if I need clarification on some of my tasks.

A knowledge base like a library
We can ask questions on the ask question button and it answers directly
It provides notification to us if there are some kind of updates so we are not left behind
We can put some comments for clarification on a Guru card topic

Cons

More detailed instructions for a specific topic
Organize Guru card topic or maybe put some topics in one folder
Immediate answer if we have clarification on a specific Guru card

Usability

This application is perfect for knowledge base applications. But in this world, no one is perfect; there is always room for improvement. But for my overall experience, this application helps me a lot. Sometimes I do not need our support team to ask some question or clarification of our task, because if I searched the topic I need, you just have to look for it specifically.

This application is important to us; just like what I have said, we treat this like an online library; we are using it every day, and I think there is no reason to say when it will be less appropriate because it is appropriate every time we are using the application.
