Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Our company uses Guru in the support department. Guru cards are created to house our support playbook and product knowledge. This informs our support agents of company policies, product knowledge, and internal workaround solutions to common questions. The support team uses Guru daily to help respond to support inquiries. The Google Chrome extension is invaluable to allow support agents to remain on their email queue while searching Guru at the same time.

Pros

Cons

  • Suggesting recommended content based on user activity
  • Table of contents jumps to the source but the page resizes when the TOC is closed
  • Quicker support response times
  • Easy to locate information
It's very easy to use. Creating content an keeping it organized is easy and efficient. I can use the AI tools to generate a template or generate the content itself based on my prompt.

Guru is great for support teams and could be very valuable as a global employee intranet. The ability to categorize the knowledge base and control access can be very useful in providing the right information to the right people. The AI features are super useful - it's great to ask a question and receive an informed answer with links to sources.
