Overall Satisfaction with Guru

GURU serves as our Knowledge base wherein we use it every day to search information that helps our customers fix the issue they're encountering or if they have any inquiry that needs to be answered and addressed. It also helps us search the information quickly and saves us a lot of time searching for topics one by one since it has a bookmark option, and they are categorized very well.

  • Too much information on one card
  • Lacks visual sometimes
  • I prefer more type of categorization so users can choose their preferred way of organizing the cards
  • GURU makes our lives easier by saving us time to locate the information we needed.

  • GURU makes things organized so we won't be confused and their features are simple and very easy to understand
What I like about GURU is the unique feature that allows you to use it even on another website page. It has an extension that provides all the features of the official website, and it also has a floating window for the cards that you are using so you can drag it easily.
While I don't have experience with other products like GURU, I can say that GURU is a very useful website if you want to find information and keep them well-organized, saving you time and hassle of going through it one by one. It also has features that you can easily use and is a very beginner and user-friendly.

We use GURU on our everyday lives and it really helps us save time using its categorization feature, because we don't need to look for the cards one by one, instead we can select the topic we need and easily find the card from there, or just type a keyword related to the information you needed, and GURU will load results based on what word you use.
