Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru as a knowledge base. When we are on calls, we refer to the cards or information within Guru to quickly explain relevant health, insurance, and membership details. Being able to address each issue with the correct data is excellent and makes calls efficient.

Pros

  • Lots of results to choose from.
  • Listening to what you type in. Relevant results.
  • Recommend relevant cards based on activity.

Cons

  • Lots of results are great, but sometimes it's hard to scroll through all of the results, and some aren't relevant, especially on a call.
  • Wish there were more filter options for results.
  • More specific results based off of more keywords.
I think that Guru is easy to use, but it can be a bit tedious scrolling through all of the results. I would say that may be my only issue with it. Other than that, it is beneficial when used correctly, and when you're able to get the answer you need.
I have not reviewed other ones, Guru is the first one that I have seen like this. I have used other ones, like Salesforce that has a knowledge base but it is not like Guru. I think AI is a great feature to be integrated into a knowledge base for businesses.

Do you think Guru delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Guru's feature set?

Yes

Did Guru live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Guru go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Guru again?

Yes

I believe that, in my position, being on the phone and answering various types of calls, Guru is well-suited for me because I frequently need to refer to a wide range of information for different individuals. I can't remember everything, and someone isn't always available for me to ask, but if I have Guru, it helps me out quickly by helping and correcting information. Guru might be less suitable for repetitive information or businesses that do not need to cover a wide range of topics or possess extensive knowledge.
