Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We use Guru as a knowledge base. When we are on calls, we refer to the cards or information within Guru to quickly explain relevant health, insurance, and membership details. Being able to address each issue with the correct data is excellent and makes calls efficient.
Pros
- Lots of results to choose from.
- Listening to what you type in. Relevant results.
- Recommend relevant cards based on activity.
Cons
- Lots of results are great, but sometimes it's hard to scroll through all of the results, and some aren't relevant, especially on a call.
- Wish there were more filter options for results.
- More specific results based off of more keywords.
- Not applicable.
I have not reviewed other ones, Guru is the first one that I have seen like this. I have used other ones, like Salesforce that has a knowledge base but it is not like Guru. I think AI is a great feature to be integrated into a knowledge base for businesses.
