We use Guru by gathering information. If I do have some questions on mind that I don't get too well. I directly go to Guru to ask some questions and after that Guru will provide me well explained answer as well some SOP's that contains all of the information that I needed.

I like it because again, it help me in my everyday life by giving me the exact information or explanation that I needed to my call. And by there I can just read the provided information and go back to member with fully knowledge or answer to his/her questions.

For me, I used Guru If I don't quite get a topic and will ask Guru to tell me more about it. Wherein it will provide well constructed information and some files that can help me as well. And it makes my life easier because I don't need to find the correct file or SOP's to help me on my concern.
