Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use it daily to access knowledge resources across the company. It helped me onboard more easily through a curated collection of documents. It contains a lot of officially approved information regarding benefits, expensing, business travel, time off, stocks, etc. I can find a lot of information about our offices, as well as the company-wide calendar.

Pros

  • Good navigation in collections.
  • Easy to search.
  • Nice design.

Cons

  • Everything opens in a new tab which sometimes leads to loss of orientation.
  • Easier to manage company resources.
Generally, very good usability. Opening links always on a new page can be a nuisance sometimes.
Much cleaner interface. Better search. Cleaner organization.
