Gusto is our primary HR resource for the company.

- Contractor Payments
- Benefits
- PTO Requests
- Team Calendar
- Easy to manage PTO requests
- Easy to manage, hire, and pay contractors
- Easy to extend offers and onboard new hires
- Some of the features are a bit hidden and hard for new users to discover (i.e. it doesn't tell a new hire that they can't request PTO until 90 days. It just doesn't show that function at all.)
- As a manager, it's simplified my life to clicking a few buttons to accomplish (what used to be complicated) tasks.
- I've had three roles in the company, which has left me with three profiles; I have to constantly doublecheck which profile I'm in to make sure I can do the proper task. (It always loads the oldest, inactive one first.)
