It's used by the whole organization. We use it for payroll administration and review.
Pros
- Great GUI for users.
- Easy to access and read pay stubs.
- Love the enthusiastic emails when it's payday!
Cons
- More guidelines on how to use Time Off / Sick Leave hours accrual.
- More clarity on tax docs.
- It has streamlined a lot of processes for our accounting team.
- It has been a great tool for us to market to prospective employees.
- It has increased morale and happiness with its positive messaging and tone!

Gusto is far and away the best! I'd certainly recommend any medium-sized company to use it.
