Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto organization-wide as our payroll processor. Since we're a smaller business, having user-friendly tools on the administrative end is a huge help, since payroll is not being run by a dedicated HR team. We also love how it integrates easily with every other tool we need it to, from time tracking to accounting.

- Gusto frees up immense amounts of time in payroll administration. It's a no-brainer.
The UI is clean and simple. It's incredibly easy to find what you need to find, and if you can't, a quick search of their help files will direct you where you need to go about 90% of the time. For that last 10%, a support e-mail will result in a quick answer. Almost any time I try to do something new I haven't done before with Gusto, I can do it in a few minutes.
While I don't need to reach out to Gusto support much, when I do, it gets a response in very little time. Their answers always address my questions and I've never needed so much as a follow-up e-mail.
There's no comparison here. Any other payroll tool we've ever looked at just can't measure up, at least for our small business use. I'm sure there are some niche applications we're missing, but it just isn't an issue for us. Gusto has a better UI, better support, employees enjoy it more, etc...
