Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Gusto for all of my company's payroll needs. It's easy and efficient, as well as cost-effective. I appreciate that I can put payroll on automatic, or I can modify payment amounts, and even set up to pay contract workers as needed. It's the perfect solution for a small business without an HR department.

Pros

Gusto makes it super easy to add remote workers to our payroll
We have employees in 3 different states and all state taxes are reported and paid via Gusto
Gusto is truly hassle-free for small business owners

Cons

I really can't think of anything that Gusto could do better.

Gusto is well suited for the smaller business that doesn't have an HR department. In a scenario with many employees and an on-site HR department, I don't think that it would be as useful.
