Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Our company used Gusto to manage our payroll and PTO. We used the web app and mobile app. When we needed to take time off work, we could easily submit our time off request via the app. If we needed to access pay stubs, we could access those easily from the app as well.

Pros

  • Easy accessibility - on web and mobile.
  • Simply and straightforward.
  • Scalable.

  • Calendar widget was a little buggy.
  • Price point was a little high.
  • Accessibility on web and mobile.
  • Easy of use.
  • Scalable for global employee base.
  • Very easy to use - resulted in higher engagement.
  • Low learning curve - quick adoption.

Gusto would be great for large organizations that have the resources for a nice streamlined app for their large employee base. It would not be ideal for smaller organizations with fewer resources as it was a bit pricey. It is very easy to use so employees don’t need much tech-savvy to use. It is also great for companies that need easy accessibility for their employees as the mobile app is very convenient.
