Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto as our main payroll software for all of our clients as well as our own payroll. Not only is Gusto a reliable source for payroll processing, the "upload a notice" feature has been incredible for our firm. The support that Gusto offers firms like ours is unmatched with 3 different communication options.
- Support
- Helping with any notice received.
- Amending quarterlies as needed.
- I would like to be able to file a return as final through the software.
- It has allowed our payroll department to bring on more clients without having to hire additional staff.
- The "upload a notice" feature has saved countless hours as we are able to simply upload the notice and then continue about our day while Gusto looks into it.
Personally, I believe that Gusto is the superior product, especially if used by a smaller firm. It has all of the same capabilities as QBO, but has a much simpler design that makes it more user friendly. As I've stated early, the technical support for Gusto is certainly more pleasant to deal with.
