Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is used as an HRIS system. We use it as a time clock, for payroll, for time off requests, for employee document management, and for performance reviews. It helps take care of almost all of our Human Resources functions and allows the HR team to focus more on strategy than administration.

- When viewing your paid time off on the time off dashboard, including a total balance and available balance or only including available balance
- Less time spent on HR administration
