Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to handle clocking in and out for schedules as well as work benefits and employee information.

Pros

  • Time clock
  • Able to see other employee profiles and information.
  • Checking benefits and changing them if needed.

Cons

  • A better organization and search for paystubs would be an improvement.
  • Helps keep employees times kept
  • Allows employees to see work benefits and change them on their own without a manager needed.
Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
While ADP wasn't a terrible platform- very basic ands streamlined. Paycor has lots of room for improvement along with their customer service.

It's pretty perfect for time keeping for employees. Helps keep work benefits organized well. Plus the ability to update your profile and information is very user friendly.
