Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

i use Gusto every day! it's so user-friendly and a simple, well-designed interface to access my hours, tax docs, company contacts, and time off. simple and cute too.

Pros

  • great design and user-friendliness
  • easy to access / organized information
  • easy to log and keep track of hours

Cons

  • adding breaks in after clocking out feels weird - wish there was a simpler button for logging shift breaks
  • email recovery when locked out of account. my phone was stolen and i couldnt access my account because of two-factor authentication
  • immediate deposits for paychecks have made financial planning less stressful! thank you (:
i've worked a lot of jobs with different time tracking / paycheck / tax / benefit resources and none have come close to usability, ease, organization, or clarity.
this is the only site/app i ever want to use for accessing/managing these things in my job.
quickbooks was hard to navigate and tbh it was ugly!
