Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Gusto in our organization to help with payroll. We use it both in our office payroll, and to pay our contractors. Gusto has been the best payroll partner I have used so far. We really appreciate the ease in clocking in and clocking out, and all the information that is laid out for us in our paychecks.

Usability

I gave this rating because it is really easy to access through my phone which is super helpful. The user interface is also simple to navigate and find where I need to go. Also the pig walking in space is a great thing to watch while waiting for the info to load.

Alternatives Considered

Paychex Flex

In my former job, we used this system to clock in and clock out for work. It was pretty hard to manage your hours because there was no mobile app that went with it. We also didn't get any sort of pay info because the only thing we would get on pay day was a direct deposit.

Likelihood to Recommend

Gusto is good for a company that tracks their hours through a punch in/punch out basis. If a company logged their hours through the use of a time sheet, that would not work as well. Given that it is a little harder to give a description for everything you do for how long, rather than just from time A to time B.
