Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for payroll at our company. The business case that Gusto addresses is our companies payroll needs along with Benefits for health/dental and vision. Gusto makes the entire process much easier and more automated. The entire company of 200 + People are also using Gusto and it has been great.

It is very easy to use and get set up quickly. For new employees, Gusto is sometihng they can sign up for and start using right away. There really isnt much training that needs to be done in order to start onboarding with Gusto and the tool. There really arent many buttins to press either which is nice

Gusto is well suited for companies of a few hundred people - The direct deposit has been working okay so far and the benefits guide has been really helpful as well. It makes it easy to see what benefits you've chosen as well. The early direct deposit could be better and provide more information on how it works.
