Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I use it to clock my hours, as well as record business expenses. It's useful to be able to edit hours. Gusto is very easy to navigate. I like that it has more than just payroll services. Recently, I've been accessing our handbook through documents. The design is smooth and streamlined.
Pros
- Clocking hours.
- Editing hours.
- Adding notes for shifts.
Cons
- The time off examples don't apply to me, so I can't request time off.
- The pc version has more information than the mobile version.
- I wish I could see how much I'd earned somewhere bigger.
- I like being able to see exactly how much I've worked.
- My biggest complaint is that I have to calculate my own hours every other week because it doesn't show that.
- I wish there was a spot that tracked overall hours or had data metrics for that.
