Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto is being used by my current employer as a one stop shop for Payroll and allied HR function management. Gusto is easy to see compared to clunky old school software like workday. A lot of signup and basic workflows are automated reducing the need for human HR personnel intervention. My payroll, direct deposit workflows were automated before I onboarded at my new company! Also, our HR was able to validate my I-9 using gusto as a safe space to upload my sensitive identification documents.

Cons
- Competing established software like workday have footprint across the industry. Does Gusto have all the needed compliance across industry verticals?
- Does Gusto support healthcare accounts or integration with 3P software that does these?
- Our company employees onboard well ahead of their start date. thanks to Gusto
Compared to workday gusto is user friendly. It has much better user experience and the workflows are smooth. It also earns user trust with verified account deposits.
