Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto to keep track of my PTO and look over my paychecks. I love the feature that allows users to split their paychecks between different accounts. I automatically have money go out for savings and my HSA contribution. Every time I'm planning a vacation, I open Gusto to see how much time to use. It's super user-friendly too.

Pros

  • Paycheck Breakdown

  • PTO tracking

Cons

  • The calendar integration was not easy to find when I first started
  • Sometimes it takes a little longer for PTO balances to update
Considering every job I've ever had, this has been the easiest system to use for tracking pay and time off. I also just love the little pig. The app and desktop interface are both super user-friendly.

I think any company with quite a few employees they need to keep track of would benefit from Gusto. It's probably best for small to mid-sized businesses. Startups would probably benefit as well, since the platform is really user-friendly and seems flexible.
