Gusto a good option for small companies
Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We are a small softer development company with people in project management, coding, and customer support roles. Our product offers a combination of electronic device use tracking, automated timesheet creation, and efficiency and productivity coaching. We use Gusto to manage all of our payroll and benefits needs and the portal allows us to view and manage these in one place.
Pros
- centralized location for payroll and benefits
- convenient online web access as well as an app
- generally timely and competent service
Cons
- it has sometimes taken a while for benefits enrollment to get processed correctly
- I'd love to see a predictive display of the next paycheck
- service in general is good, but there have been occasional hiccups for various components of the feature suite - there is room for improvement there in keeping everything optimally efficient.
- The reasonable price for services keeps our overhead down
- The generally good management of services keeps employees happy and improves morale
- The convenience of centralized management saves us time
