We use it as out HR mechanism. It helps establish company structure and helps payroll.

- better app
- send emails by same account- can look like a phishing email
- helps establish payroll and made it easier to count money
- helps find areas for improvements with the surveys
- allows the expenses to be broken down well in a way that makes it better to forecast
Much better to use, and has less fluff that I don't care about
