Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We are a small start-up company. We use Gusto as our payroll and tax reporting service. We have employees in different states, and they were instrumental in setting up each state's tax information so that it would be seamless.
Pros
- Easy to maneuver website, anyone can use it.
- Prompt responses when any questions arise.
- Keeps me on task. They have a task board for any items they need from me.
- Notifies me via email to remind me to run payroll or any other task needed. Super helpful, as I receive hundreds of emails and sometimes forget to add payroll.
Cons
- Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say. The functionality and ease of use are the best I've ever seen on a website.
- This question does not apply to us. We are a small company and currently offer no benefits to our employees.
I have used the ADP Payroll service, and Gusto's functionality is by far easier to use.
