Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap to implement and track web analytics events, primarily for web and mobile web. It's great for troubleshooting when events aren't firing properly as well as analyzing trends.

  • Alerts
  • Tracking of click names within events.
  • App tracking.
  • Integration from heap to Looker or other tools working quicker.
  • Increased understanding of user trends.
  • Increased understanding of user flow & journey.

Yes

I think for my job heap is great for web tracking, we are breaking into the app space however and while I love using Heap, it does not have that capability. were going to have to make the call if we continue to work with heap and add another tool to the stack or choose a tool that has all tracking capabilities.
