Overall Satisfaction with Heap

I use Heap to track how users flow through our signup and onboarding experiences, what they interact with, where they drop off, and to form hypotheses for future experiments to run.

  • help with data cleanliness
  • visibility into "who" created custom api events
  • increased onboarding conversion rates

Yes

Great for tracking user behavior. Great because once implemented everything is tracked. Not great for heat maps, and journeys could use some improvement.
