Overall Satisfaction with Heap
We use Heap for most of our analytic needs. Particularly love the automated tracking of events that happens for mobile apps. It solves the problem of wanting a new type of report to be created and having to wait n number of days after the report is created to see the trends. It's so nice to be able to go in, grab the pre-tracked actions, define them and stick them in a dashboard, with months and years of trends ready to look at. We use Heap to measure revenue, feature performance, conversion funnels, etc.

- Providing a quick way to create dashboards
- Provide automated graph selections to choose from for each report
- A/B tests
- A way to look at multiple contexts in one consolidated report for countries operating in different regions
- I sometimes have issues with finding the matching events for certain taps
As I mentioned before, Heap has been by far the most user-friendly tool out there to easily get tracking events defined, and quickly create intuitive reports and dashboards. It doesn't require a lot of engineering effort once the tool is set up. It provides so many quick ways to customize the dashboards.
