Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
We use Hibob as our core HRIS. We required a platform that could scale with us, integrated with our current software and was customisable to our businesses needs. We use the core features plus the payroll module, talent module and compensation module. We needed to push more responsibility down to line managers but be able to see, from a helicopter view, how our biggest $$ investment (our people) were being managed day to day. The solution also needed to be easy to use

- It integrates with Xero payroll
- The compensation module really makes annual wages reviews simple
- The integrations with Smart Recruiters works great also
- Xero integration in more regions
- A better workforce planning module with approval to hire flows
