Highspot is currently being used by our entire organization for training, workflow processes, and materials that are internal/external. It is vital to our team when sharing externally as it can provide visibility into the specific material that may be shared and/or viewed.
Pros
- Searchable documents/materials by keyword and/or type as Google Drive is very disorganized
- Trend and track resources externally for sales enablement teams to see which materials are getting the most views or popularity
Cons
- Customizing customer/prospect portals via templates
- Adding video thumbnails within an email paragraph
- Our entire team is getting better forecasting and trending abilities into new opportunities helping us improve the quality of leads.
- Sales Enablement is finding which materials are valuable and which ones are not gaining traction.
We used Showpad for the last few years, however, since switching to Highspot our team has actually seen more success and collaboration. Our sales enablement directors are able to leverage better marketing materials for our sales and BDR agents leading to higher conversions from small interest to high levels of interest.
