Overall Satisfaction with Highspot

We use Highspot internally to share and delegate internal/customer-facing content. Having come from Google Drive, Highspot has changed the way we store and send out content. It's much more organized and efficient. The reporting/statistics that come with shared content, is also a plus. Especially when in sales as we are always looking to find content that warrants the most responses.

  • The UI is simple/easy to navigate, but it could use facelift.
  • Functionality points -- no improvement needed
  • Strictly positive.
  • I can't stress this enough. All organizations where Marketing and Sales work closely, need Highspot.
I have never used a tool/platform similar to Highspot.
Personally I've not had the chance to speak with Highspot's CS team. However, I have heard from our Sales Operations team that Highspot tends to be more responsive/engaged than most other support teams.

Any organization. Highspot is a platform that I've found myself needing at every startup I've ever worked at. It's also a tool that I've heard various marketing personnel wish for. Their recent round of funding is a perfect example of how badly a tool such as Highspot, has been needed for quite some time.
