Overall Satisfaction with HireRight

I use HireRight to run background checks as a pre-hire process for all incoming employees. This allows us to confirm that candidates meet requirements of position and limit potential issues down the line. As a healthcare facility, it’s imperative that we complete our due diligence for the safety of our patients and staff.

HireRight is easier to use and had faster results. I have also had less issues on the candidate side when it comes to them completing the electronic release form or disputing an adverse action decision.

HireRight is accurate, timely, and easily configured to the various background check reporting needs of its clients. The company itself appears to be committed to educating users on various law updates that affect background check reporting; they offer frequent communications as well as opportunities to attend learning webinars. The communications also come from various members of their leadership team.
