Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

We use HireVue for all of our open reqs company wide.

Pros

  • Managers and the recruiters are able to view applicants fast and save time that would have been used to phone screen.

Cons

  • The integration between HireVue and iCIMS could be improved. We would like information fed from HireVue to iCIMS so managers and recruiters aren't capturing the same date in two places. We have been told this is a work in progress.
  • We have saved money on travel.
