Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
HireVue is used on higher-volume requisitions by department. It allows us to screen candidates very quickly when we are trying to narrow down a larger pool of people.
- It's a big timesaver.
- It weeds out people who are comfortable with change, or handling unusual situations.
- Pretty happy with it. It isn't fully integrated into our ATS, which is my only complaint.
- Faster lead conversion, definitely.
