Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue is used on higher-volume requisitions by department. It allows us to screen candidates very quickly when we are trying to narrow down a larger pool of people.

Pros

  • It's a big timesaver.
  • It weeds out people who are comfortable with change, or handling unusual situations.

Cons

  • Pretty happy with it. It isn't fully integrated into our ATS, which is my only complaint.
  • Faster lead conversion, definitely.
  • None
I think it is well-suited to high-volume requisitions, and less appropriate to job openings where an organization might just receive a few applicants.
