Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue is used by our organization during our recruitment season. I set up HireVue for hiring managers, who then access the applicants/talent through video interviews.

Pros

  • User Friendly
  • Easy set up
  • Clean dashboard
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Allowed for strong assessment of talent through use of video interviews
  • Faster communication between employees and candidates
  • Recsolu
We use Recsolu for almost everything, except video interviews. HireVue has a better platform for video interviewing.
From my experience using HireVue, I think it can be used for any open ended scenario. It would not be suited for questions that are closed-ended.
