I work with companies that use video and support and encourage use of HireVue since it's the number one video interviewing company and compliments our job videos.

Pros

Clients who are looking to up their recruitment process have loved HireVue.
Clients who are looking for a better strategy love HireVue.
Clients who are looking to save money on flying candidates in love HireVue.

Cons

Better reporting
Creating their own ATS

Return on Investment

Positive in being able to bring in only qualified candidates for interviews.
Not spending the same amount of money on flying candidates in.

Alternatives Considered

GreenJobInterview and Montage

HireVue is by far a much better product which is more user friendly and reliable. Excellent customer service. You come for the product you stay for the service.

Hey Stephany! Thanks so much for reviewing us! We're glad that we could help you save time and money with the recruiting process. We have had a couple other request to make the reporting better, and I have sent that in as a feature request. Feature requests are reviewed daily, and we should be able to come up with a better way of reporting in the near future. Creating our own ATS I believe is a work in progress. For now, our Integrations team is working continuously with other ATS programs to make sure HireVue is running smoothly with these other programs.
