Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
As a small organization, we use Hootsuite to streamline our processes and to ensure that all our social activity is captured in one place. Just one person is the main user but it's so simple to use that others can dip in as necessary, too. Our main reason for using Hootsuite was to save time from logging in to lots of different platforms both to publish social media posts and to monitor activity--it really does the job and it's very easy to use.
- Publishing to multiple channels in one place
- Very simple interface that anyone can use
- Ability to resize images for different channels in the editor
- All the information is there for monitoring channel activity but it could be in an easier-to-read format
- Insights are all available but would be good to aggregate, for example, new followers across all channels in a time period
- Frustrating that anything posted immediately, rather than scheduled even five minutes in the future, isn't recorded in the planner for historical review.
- Saved significant time scheduling posts
- Made it easier and quicker to access data, such as new followers and number of engagements
- Ensured a history of previous posts is retained all in one place
