Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Hootsuite across our organization to promote products and services. Our company addresses communication and presentation problems for businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits. Hootsuite allows us to batch our marketing processes in ways that save time and ensure the timely delivery of marketing pieces. We are able to operate within the limits of the free program to meet our needs.

The limitations of the free program were more generous in past years. I would like more than five free per week.
A reminder of drafts that passed the proposed date would be helpful.
A weekly email summarizing that week's postings would be helpful.

Support Rating

I have not needed chat or phone support. The platform is easy to understand and implement. In years past, I have used a virtual assistant. She was able to use it without any training or support. When she handed it back to me, I was able to pick it back up without any problems.

Likelihood to Recommend

The free program is a great for small businesses that can function within the limitations. When the business grows, I will gladly move to the paid programs in order save even more time. Bigger business would need to go straight into a paid program to ensure that the options meet their specific needs.
