Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to manage and track our clients' social media profiles. Hootsuite has helped us push into social media management. After running multiple accounts without Hootsuite, the change made everyone's lives so much easier. The ability to schedule posts and generate reports under the same platform was genuinely life-changing; anyone asking us for numbers or last-minute posts gets an accurate response or a scheduled post ASAP.

Freeware like Square Lovin and similar programs lack the all-in-one features that Hootsuite offers, as well as Hootsuite's up-to-date metrics. The delay between other platforms updating is unacceptable. If someone asks me for this week's metrics, I should be able to send them immediately. I used to have to bounce between all of our accounts and our monitoring software to get a full picture; now it's all located in HootSuite. Not having to have 20 tabs open is a huge time saver.
