Hootsuite Enterprise

Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

Our agency uses Hootsuite to manage social media accounts across varying platforms (mainly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) for dozens of law firm clients. Each of our account managers is able to organize their respective clients' social media profiles directly from the platform: scheduling social media, uploading links and images, monitoring mentions, likes, retweets, and more.
  • Manage several client accounts that have several social media properties
  • Organize client accounts so that the each have their own tab/section
  • Easily schedule several social media posts at once
  • View/monitor several social media streams side-by-side and update live
  • The UI is a bit clunky, and scrolling through the feed can be a hassle.
  • Adding multiple users to the enterprise-level tier is very costly.
  • Tagging in the post editor is a clunky and difficult experience.
  • The bulk post scheduler has saved us several hours of time per month on managing social media profiles for clients.
Hootsuite support can be very unresponsive. We've had several issues in the past where the platform was down or not working properly and when we reached out for support, we either did not receive a response or if we did receive a response, it was very late after the fact.

Do you think Hootsuite delivers good value for the price?

No

Are you happy with Hootsuite's feature set?

Yes

Did Hootsuite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Hootsuite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Hootsuite again?

No

For agencies that work with multiple companies that have multiple social media profiles, Hootsuite is great. Hootsuite allows an agency to manage all of those profiles and organize them by company in one place. However, if a company is not regularly posting on social media, Hootsuite may be less appropriate. This platform makes the most sense for companies managing several social media profiles for several companies that are regularly posting (i.e., several times per week).
