Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We used Hootsuite for social media content management and insights. It was implemented so that our team could use one platform to post and schedule rather than having to post natively to each site. It is a big time saver in that way! It is also great for community management and being able to reply directly to our customers from the platform without having to go to each social site individually. You can mark comments/messages as complete or save for later if needed. The analytics also helped us grow our audience and see the changes over time. It’s nice being able to segment and see just one site or all.

Hootsuite allows you to post directly to Instagram without having to use the mobile app and a notification system like other social media content platforms. This is such a great feature, especially for those who post to Instagram frequently! You can also schedule videos to Instagram which is a huge plus as well!
