Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to pre-schedule most all of our social media posts. It is the only thing that allows us to post across multiple platforms consistently and regularly as we would like. The additions to the software, such as new social media platforms to post to and additional scheduling options, are very helpful and greatly appreciated when they are rolled out.
Pros
- Pre-schedule social media posts
- See all feeds in one location
- Easily reply to comments across platforms
Cons
- When Hootsuite states that an image doesn't meet the size requirements for a platform, having something like a link to Canva or something similar that's internal to Hootsuite so we can change it right there would be great!
- It has made it easier to post on a consistent basis across platforms from one place, saving tons of time if trying to do the same thing manually. In reality, that would not get accomplished if doing it without Hootsuite.
- Buffer
I looked at Buffer and a few others, and nothing seemed as intuitive and versatile as Hootsuite.
