HubSpot is better for regular marketing, Hootsuite is specialized for social media.
I never had any issues with Hootsuite support.

Perfect for someone managing a couple of social media accounts. It might get to be too much if someone is managing 5+ accounts because of the layout. Better for smaller workloads. Also great for certifications.
