Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I use Hootsuite to schedule posts, manage responses, and pull reports. The problem that we address is managing several accounts at once. Hootsuite also allows us to see all of the accounts at once. I can see interactions all at once. We are able to have a calendar view of schedule posts, drafts and notes.

Hootsuite is better because we do not have so many failed posts. We can set up or schedule a post without having to worry whether or not our post will go through. Sometimes we could be on Holiday and we would get a notification from the previous company about the post failing. It is an inconvenience and its counter-productive.
