Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using HootSuite to manage 18 profiles across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook. We are currently more focused on planning and scheduling posts and keeping track of main KPIs using the Analytics tools.

So far we have a good experience, not perfect because we are a music company and while scheduling posts on HS we can't post using the platforms' music libraries.

Some processes are not that intuitive, like the flow to add new accounts, associating them to team members, etc.

We are still getting more familiarized with the platform. It's being great to manage multiple profiles across multiple platforms. But it's not a perfect fit for a music company because of music-specific needs. The ads management is also limited. We would love to be able to manage FB, IG and TT ads from here too
