Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hootsuite lets me manage a dozen social media accounts on multiple platforms and makes it easy to do it! Scheduling and posting is easy with the user interface and the calendar lets me look back to see what I have done in the past. The analytics tool is good for getting a high level view of the audience growth and engagement.

Pros

Scheduling multiple posts is easy.
Adapting each post to the platform is hassle free.
The analytics tool is great to review performance across multiple platforms.

Cons

I wish i had more control over the page layouts and sizes
There are a lot of areas where clicking through multiple menus could be easier
The calendar needs better features for changing schedule of posts in bulk.

Usability

It does what i need it to. There are a lot of features that are not included in my plan that would be nice but are out of our price range.

I dont find it very useful for creating content. I think being able to upload to multiple platofrms at once is the biggest stregth
