Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro

HootSuite Pro was being used only by our Marketing team to update all of our Social Media platforms, at the time we had 4 different platforms. We used this mostly every day to update all of our platforms at 1 time, this really saved us some time. We also liked the scheduling tool, this was great for when we were out of the office or for weekend posts!

Pros

  • Being able to post to all of our Social Media platforms at 1 time. Huge time saver!
  • Scheduling out our posts was my favorite feature by far. It was great and really went along with our marketing automation system.
  • Simple to use.

Cons

  • The overall look and functionality of the home page could have been better.
2 - Marketing for all 4 divisions of the company.
  • It really helped kick-start our Social Media presence and with such a low monthly price it really went over 100% for our ROI!
Never used anything but HootSuite Pro.
I think HootSuite Pro is great for all scenarios. You can pick and choose which platforms you want to post on and which ones you do not want to post on. And once again the scheduling feature makes everything so much easier!
