Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

  • Challenging HTML source code for page created via HubSpot - difficult to maintain when you move out of Hubspot CMS.

It's a great tool for SMBs not already familiar with inbound marketing or not having already structured digital marketing activities. But somewhat limited in its customization options and analytics if you need to get more granular control (or care about interoperability and web standards - exporting data created via hubspot CMS can be challenging when moving into more standard open source CMS).
Question to ask is what level of maturity has the organization regarding lead generation campaign, and what are existing tools, and how hubspot can integrate with those tools. If the organization is just starting its journey in inbound marketing, Hubspot is the way to go.
