Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use Hubspot for all our ministry website. blog, and email communications with our participants and supporters. This software helps us maintain a professional web presence, give our supporters the kind of email communications that they want, and measure the effectiveness of our various blog and social media campaigns. Our marketing team is the main user of the software, with support from others in the organization.
  • We are able to maintain a professional looking website without a full time developer on staff. There are now multiple members of my team who can create new webpages, with our previous software there was only one person on staff with enough technical knowledge to build new pages.
  • The metrics are amazing; we are easily able to track which of our marketing efforts are working and where we should be investing our time and resources
  • The email tool is easy for my team to use and has solved some long running headaches for us.
  • Some of the back-end components, like the file manager, could be improved.
  • I would like to see an easier process for deleting unengaged contacts from our database
  • We've seen a marked increase in leads from our website
  • We've seen a dramatic drop in the amount of time we need to invest in maintain website pages and building new ones, freeing the team up to focus on other priorities
  • We've seen a increase in satisfaction from our supporters regarding the kind of communication we send them
We are very happy with Hubspot. We've been able to recoup most of the cost of using Hubspot by getting rid of other software we were previously using that is now redundant. The productivity boost that our team has seen is well worth the cost of the software. We aren't looking at other alternatives, we're happy with what we are getting.
I would definitely recommend Hubspot to ministries who don't have the budget to maintain a full-time web developer on staff. The question I would ask them in their decision making is: is your team committed to devoting the time to create resources and blogs to support an inbound strategy? If so, then Hubspot is an excellent software choice to support that strategy.

Tech support is great, and our consultant was fantastic. Our Account rep isn't quite as expert as I would like, but I can always find the answers I need online.
