Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We do not currently use HubSpot across our whole organization, but if we did, each of the features integrate well with the rest, and make for a very simple approach to website management, lead creation and nurturing, etc. We use HubSpot for social media, website content creation, as well as integrate it with our CRM.
  • Social Inbox - provides users a streamlined method to monitor and manage their social media accounts. Finally it includes G+ as a part of their auto-post feature.
  • Reports - not only are the reports comprehensive, they are easily readable with detailed graphs. I also love that they report trends and suggestions to start monitoring certain trends.
  • Easy website content management - for users not as familiar with HTML, HubSpot offers an easy way to quickly modify website text. Template creation is also quite easy and can be quickly created with a drag-and-drop feature.
  • Blog tools - Hubspot inspired us to write a blog a day, and their SEO tools that auto-checks uploaded blogs before posting them has helped us generate more traffic to our blogs and website. The tools check your blog to ensure that keywords are included in your title and meta description as well as in the body of the blog, but also makes sure the keywords aren't overused. These suggestions are VERY useful and make posting content quick and easy!
  • Social Inbox - G+ is finally part of social inbox, however only Twitter has the connection to connected users. If there are posts in which I want to be sure others are mentioned, I'll usually go directly to the social media platform to get that interaction, rather than posting on HubSpot without it.
  • Quick reaction time to changing content on website, rather than having to wait for contracted IT help to fix it.
  • Increased traffic to our website through use of regular posting of blog content. When we stopped blogging for about a week, we saw website visits drop dramatically.
  • Easy reference to website reports for end of month analytics review of progress.
HubSpot's ease of use to manage our website makes renewal a no-brainer. Additionally, HubSpot offers great advice, has an educational academy to help customers learn their product, and offers a personal one-on-one monthly call with a HubSpot rep.
It's well-suited for customers who want to manage all content in-house. It is less appropriate for customers who are already situated with custom reporting strategies, or work with a marketing firm to help with SEO, blogs, social media, lead generation, etc. Key questions to ask during the selection process - How much training or one-on-one is provided weekly? Monthly? How can it be integrated with systems already being utilized at the customer's company?
