Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot to generate new driver leads. We have setup workflows to email prospective drivers. We also use it to schedule and monitor our social media posts to various outlets. It allows us to keep everything organized in a central location.
  • Workflows - establish set rules for various personas.
  • Social Media Scheduling and Monitoring. It's pretty good, but more intuitiveness, and simpler navigation would be helpful. Suggestions for posts to other channels might be nice.
  • We have been able to identify what marketing resources work better than others, thereby allowing us to focus our efforts accordingly.
I've used MailChimp for email marketing. It works simply and elegantly, but it doesn't have the robustness of features that HubSpot offers.
HubSpot is well suited for business looking to attract a higher volume of leads.

Using HubSpot

We are pretty invested in the product, and it does work. There is still a lot of untapped resources and potentials we have yet to utilize. Looking forward to learning more. Also HubSpot is constantly working to improve its product.
